Avanu Polynesian Restaurant, situated on Flagler Avenue in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, offers a unique dining experience across its three-story layout. Our client envisioned a culinary journey that transcends borders and delights the senses. Guests can savor panoramic views from the rooftop bar or indulge in the intimate ambiance of the mezzanine level indoors. This restaurant promises an unforgettable experience, inviting diners to embark on a gastronomic adventure that feels like a passport to paradise.

Hidden Treasures Rum Bar & Grill located in Ponce Inlet FL has been around for over 35 years. The original dining room was all pine from top to bottom. It truly was a blank slate, a space that was not being unused to its maximum capacity. We took on the challenge to maximize the dining area as we understand that more seats mean greater profit opportunity. Now, with doubling the seating capacity while keeping traffic flow areas efficient, they were ready to improve the atmosphere. A pop of white and blue color tones to emphasize the view of the Halifax River. With the space being right on the water it had to have that beach feel but without that normal "beachy" look. Our vision was a nautical theme, that is where we started from, and we built it out with a little imagination. Every space must tell a story and this one was about "sailing on an old ship in the open waters looking out of the portholes as the lantern lights sway above you. The dining room is a bright space for those dark and gloomy stormy days, as well as for the sunny daytime afternoons. There are swing in window with a long counter bar that you can sit at and watch the water move while you travel amongst the oceans." We were able to achieve that, and more!
