We begin crafting your conceptual design presentation for review and approval. Once approved, we finalize the contract and move into schematics gathering measurements, creating floor plans, spatial layouts, and 3D renderings. A preliminary investment is collected at this stage.

OUR TEAM WILL REVIEW AND SCHEDULE A DISCOVERY SESSION TO DETERMINE THE BEST SERVICE FOR YOU, AND IF WE'RE THE RIGHT FIT FOR THE SCOPE OF YOUR PROJECT. WE'LL GATHER ALL INFORMATION AND REVIEW YOUR PROJECT GOALS FROM DESIRED AETHETIC, CLIENT VISION AND PROJECT INVESTMENT.


THEN, WE'LL COORDINATE EITHER AN IN-HOME OR VIRTUAL CONSULT.

PHASE 2:

DESIGNING & PLANNING

OUR TEAM GETS TO WORK DESIGNING AND CREATING YOUR CONCEPTUAL DESIGN PRESENTATION FOR APPROVAL.



OUR TEAM WILL FINALIZE YOUR CONTRACT AND BEGIN ON THE SCHEMATICS BASED ON THE PROJET. THIS INCLUDES ANY NECESSARY PROJECT MEASUREMENTS, FLOOR PLANS, SPATIAL PLANNING AND 3D RENDERING



A PRELIMINARY INVESTMENT IS COLLECTED.

PHASE 3:

IMPLEMENTATION

WITH AN APPROVED DESIGN PLAN SECURED, OUT TEAM WORKS DILIGENTLY TO IMPLEMENT ALL DETAILS FROM SOURCING, ORDERING, SCHEDULING AND INSTALLING. THE PROJECT WILL BE MANAGED FROM START TO FINISH UNTIL THE VISION BECOMES A REALITY!
