Decorating With Apothecary Jars

Apothecary jars are an inexpensive way to add a fun decorative element to your home.  While they aren’t at all new in the home decor marketplace, lately I’ve been seeing more and more of them in unique shapes and sizes.  They are incredibly versatile – you can use them in almost any room of your home and can change around what they hold to continually create new looks.

One of my favorite uses of apothecary jars is in the bathroom where they can hold soaps, sponges, or bath salts by the tub like these classic apothecary jars.

They can also be used as colorful decorative accents, storage, centerpieces, you name it…

You can use them in a beverage station to hold coffee beans, mints, or marshmallows.

Another great way is on your kitchen counters to keep all of your cookies, this makes the kids happy and you as well because they are neatly kept.

Dried beans, pasta, sugar, flour all make for great filler in the kitchen.

I hope these ideas help you to start brainstorming of how you can style areas all over your home. If you do not have apothecary jars, or are now convinced that you need them for every room, here are a few affordable sets and options to get you started in our "one stop shop" store. Enjoy!
